Purpose
This Complaints Policy sets out how complaints relating to the AnyGig platform are handled.
AnyGig is operated by Any Gig App Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to complaints about:
- use of the AnyGig platform
- account access or functionality
- payment handling through the platform
- application of platform policies
This policy does not apply to:
- subjective performance quality
- artistic outcomes
- disputes between hirers and performers beyond platform handling
Those matters are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy.
How to Submit a Complaint
Complaints must be submitted in writing to:

Complaints should include:
- your name and account email
- booking or transaction reference (if applicable)
- a clear description of the issue
Complaint Handling Process
Upon receipt:
- we will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe
- we may request additional information
- we will review the matter in line with platform policies
AnyGig aims to resolve complaints fairly and proportionately.
Limitations
AnyGig is not required to:
- adjudicate contractual disputes between users
- provide compensation beyond platform policy obligations
- respond to abusive, repetitive, or bad-faith complaints
Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint, you may pursue external remedies at your own discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights.
Updates
This Complaints Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on the platform.
