Platform Disclaimer

AnyGig is a business-to-business technology platform that helps companies, agencies, venues and professional event organisers connect and contract directly with independent performers and suppliers.

AnyGig is not:

• an employer, worker, or employment business
• a recruitment agency or talent agency
• an event organiser, promoter, or production company
• a financial services provider, payment institution, or escrow agent
• a party to contracts between users

All performances, services, events, classes, courses, and ticketed activities are provided directly by independent third parties (performers/sellers). AnyGig acts solely as an intermediary and does not supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, or delivery of those services.

Payment Processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe on the relevant performer's connected Stripe account. The performer is the supplier and payment recipient. AnyGig charges its separately disclosed platform fee but does not receive, hold or decide when the performer's funds are paid out. Bank transfer is not offered for new AnyGig invoices or bookings.

Affiliate & Partnership Links

The platform may contain affiliate or partnership links. AnyGig may earn commissions from qualifying purchases or sign-ups made through these links, at no additional cost to users. Disclosures are provided where required.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, text, software, and other materials on the AnyGig platform are owned by or licensed to Any Gig App Ltd and protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (e.g., profiles, listings, messages) remains the property of the uploading user, who grants AnyGig a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for platform purposes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice, the AnyGig platform, and all related policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with them.
