How AnyGig's Fee Compares to a Traditional Agency
Traditional entertainment agencies charge clients 20–40% on top of the performer's fee as commission. This is rarely disclosed as a separate line item on the invoice — the performer's fee and the agency's margin are combined into a single quote. The performer typically receives 60–80% of the amount the client paid.
AnyGig charges 5% to the hirer, transparently, as a separate platform fee. The performer receives 100% of their quoted fee. On a £1,000 booking, a traditional agency charges the client £1,200–£1,400 and pays the performer £1,000. On AnyGig, the client pays £1,000 plus AnyGig’s £50 fee and any disclosed payment costs, and the performer receives £1,000.
What the 5% Fee Includes
AnyGig's 5% service fee covers the booking infrastructure — automatic contract generation from the agreed booking, booking and payment records, credential checks on documents performers supply, draft IR35 Status Determination Statements, and support with communications and record keeping. Any payment or administration costs for card bookings are itemised separately and shown before payment.
Is There a Minimum Booking Value?
There is no minimum booking value on AnyGig. The 5% fee applies to all confirmed bookings regardless of size. Hirers booking high volumes of performers — for festivals, large corporate events, or multi-site entertainment programmes — can contact AnyGig to discuss enterprise arrangements.
