Beyond Musicians: A Full-Spectrum Alternative to Encore
Encore Musicians is a well-known UK platform for hiring musicians and DJs, with a strong reputation in the musician booking space.
AnyGig covers the full spectrum of professional performance — DJs, dancers, bands, comedians, magicians, aerialists, fire performers, and more — with infrastructure built for corporate and professional event teams.
Where AnyGig goes further:
All Act Types, Not Just Musicians
Encore focuses on musicians and DJs. AnyGig covers every professional performance category — dancers, comedians, magicians, aerialists, circus acts, fire performers, and more.
Clear payment records
AnyGig keeps the booking, contract and payment record together. Eligible card payments are charged on the performer's own connected Stripe account; AnyGig does not hold them.
Verified Compliance Documentation
AnyGig verifies PLI, DBS checks, and risk assessments for every performer. Encore does not offer compliance verification.
Corporate-Grade Contracts
AnyGig generates IR35-ready contracts with compliance documentation attached — designed for corporate procurement standards.
Pre-Qualified Performers
Act listings are reviewed before they go live, and credential status is shown on profiles. AnyGig is not an open marketplace — it's a curated network of professional talent.
